Traka intelligent key management
Most facilities still run on physical keys — cells, plant rooms, vehicles, master keys. Traka puts every one of them in an electronic cabinet that only releases a key to an authorised person, and records exactly who took it, when, and when it came back.
Electronic key cabinets
Traka Touch Pro, Touch Core and Traka21
Each key or bunch is sealed to a Traka iFob — an electronic tag that locks into a numbered slot in the cabinet. A user authenticates at the touchscreen with a PIN, card or fingerprint, and only the keys they are authorised for release. Everything else stays locked in. Curfews raise an alert if a key is not returned on time, and the audit trail answers the question every investigation starts with: who had the key?
Traka21 suits a single site with up to 21 keys and no server; Touch Core and Touch Pro scale to hundreds of keys per cabinet and thousands across an estate under TrakaWEB, the central administration software.

Intelligent lockers
Asset lockers for radios, devices and equipment
The same control applies to shared equipment: radios, body-worn cameras, laptops, tablets, weapons and medication. Traka lockers issue a compartment to an authorised user, charge devices while stored, flag faulty items so they are not re-issued, and record every hand-over. For an operations team it ends the daily hunt for a missing radio; for management it produces a defensible custody record.

How Cornerstone delivers it
Key management is a procedure first, a cabinet second.
Key audit & schedule
We inventory every key and bunch on the site, agree who may hold each one and for how long, and size the cabinets from that schedule.
Integration with access control
Cardholders from Genetec Synergis or Security Expert drive Traka permissions, so a leaver loses key access the same moment they lose door access.
Multi-site roll-out
For estates of many sites we standardise the cabinet build, the iFob scheme and the TrakaWEB reporting so every site is audited the same way.
