Sera4 replaces the key with a credential on the technician's phone — issued for a time window, revoked in a click, and audited every time it is used.

Teleporte
Teleporte is the cloud platform behind every Sera4 lock. An administrator issues a credential to a named user for specific locks and a specific time window; the user’s phone carries it to the site and unlocks over Bluetooth, with no network needed at the lock. When the phone next connects, the access record uploads — so a remote site with no coverage still produces a complete audit trail tied to a verified identity.
Lost phone, contractor off-boarded, job cancelled: the credential is revoked centrally and never needs the lock to be re-keyed. Sera4 is ISO 27001:2022 certified for the platform, which matters when the locks protect critical national infrastructure.

AP3 armoured padlock and cabinet locks
The AP3 is built for the places padlocks actually live: chrome-plated body that resists saws and drills, IP66 water resistance for monsoon exposure, a silicone cover and tether points for outdoor use, and an internal battery that typically runs five years before replacement. Shackle options cover standard and long-shackle gates and hasps. Cabinet and enclosure locks bring the same Teleporte credential to equipment shelters and battery cabinets.

Inside Teleporte
The controls an estate manager actually uses.
Teleporte is administered from a browser and used from a phone. These are the functions that decide whether a keyless roll-out holds up in the field.
FailSafe codes
A time-limited access code issued to a technician whose phone is dead or has no app — the site is never locked out, and the code is still audited.
Lock groups & sites
Locks are grouped by site and region so a credential is granted to “Northern substations”, not to forty individual padlocks.
Photo & note on entry
The app can require a photograph and a note at each opening — proof of the site’s condition on arrival and departure.
Site assurance
Work sessions show who is on which site right now, with check-in and check-out, so the control room knows a contractor has left and the gate is locked.
Device restriction
Credentials can be bound to a named phone, so a shared login on a personal device does not become a shared key.
